Last year, our golf course turned 100 years old. This year, we’re launching the Friends of William Land Golf Course to help it last another 100 years.
The Friends of William Land Golf Course is a non-profit organization devoted to raising funds for course improvement. William Land Golf Course has been a cornerstone of the community and significant in public golf’s landscape since it opened in 1924. We have worked with golf course designer Brett Hochstein to develop a master plan for our course’s next 100 years. With help from the Friends of William Land Golf Course, we will be able to maintain that cornerstone and pass it on to future generations.
The Friends of William Land Golf Course is only made possible through the help of our Sacramento Community. Your generosity supports and preserves every facet of William Land Golf Course. To show our commitment to this project, our management company Morton Golf has pledged to match all donations up to $100,000 a year.
